By electric car (until 7.00 pm)

Zermatt is car-free, meaning you are most likely to arrive at the train station. We will gladly pick you up from there with our own electric taxi. Please give us a phone call, as soon as you arrived at Zermatt train station, on +41 27 966 60 66. We offer this service between 8:00am to 12:00am and 12:30pm to 7:00pm.

By taxi (after 7.00 pm)

After 7 pm, we kindly ask you to use one of the electric taxis at the train station. There are electric taxis at the train station around the clock (24 hours). You must pay the taxi fee yourself.

How do I get from the train station to the hotel?

We offer free pick up service from the train station Zermatt to the hotel and back between 08.00am and 07.00pm. Please give us a phone call as soon as you arrived at Zermatt train station on +41 27 966 60 66.

Our car is in the color "blue" and it is written "Hotel Alpenroyal" on it.

If you should arrive after 07:00pm we please you to take a public taxi from the train station Zermatt to the Hotel (at your own charge). You can find public taxis all the time at the train station (24 hours).

How far ist he hotel form the town center?

Once you are our guest, you will have access to the private lift. This will enable you to reach all important places (such as the bus stop and main street) in just a few minutes by foot.

The private lift should only be used for transporting persons only and may not be used with luggage.

Check-in starting from 03:00pm – can I do a early check-in?

Yes, if you should arrive before 03:00pm and your room is not available, you can deposit your luggage at the reception desk till your room is ready.

Check-in after 10:00pm

Kindly we ask you to give us a phone call if you should arrive after 10:00pm.
We will leave you then all information for a Self-Check-in at the reception desk.

Can I bring my dog with me?

Dogs are welcome in the hotel at an extra charge of CHF 20.00 per day (2 bowls will be provided / without food).

The dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room. Howewer, if you wish to bring your „Love“ with you, we can prepare a table by the bar area for you. Please mention your dog when you book your room.
