“I would highly recommend this hotel. The view from our room was stunning. However the best part is the staff and they were all very good, however there were 2 who went above and beyond and unfortunately I do not know the names of the staff who were particularly good but the lady on reception who kept us informed and at ease that no matter what happened there was a room for us when we got stuck due to avalanche and the chap who was in charge of breakfast and the bar who just seemed to be everyone’s friend. If I ever return to Zermatt there is no question where I would stay.”
